In this issue we feature the launch of BT Contact, a customer care solution designed to take out the complexity and cost of companies' contact centre operations. We also look at professional services provided to CPs at BT Wholesale.

The subject of our 60 second guide is the creation of a new division called BT Technology, Service and Operations which is the merger of BT Innovate&Design and BT Operate into one, efficient, end to end technology, service and operations unit.
