BT Redcare is a leader in the fire and security market, protecting and securing hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses throughout the UK.
We have a Network monitoring Centre and technical helpdesk located in Northampton and are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team. You will provide technical support and advice to network and alarm engineers, ensuring network availability at all times to deliver alarms to Alarm Receiving Centre (ARCs) – Higher Apprenticeship
BT Venture Voice Services
Ventures Voice Services is responsible for answering the calls from customers who use BT's Emergency Services (999 and 112), Directory Enquiries (DQ), Operator Services (OS) and Text Relay for deaf and hard of hearing people.
We have six Contact Centres in the UK that handle around 100 million calls a year - over 95% of which are answered within 15 seconds.
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious people to join our team to help us impress every customer who contacts us and provide them with the service they need quickly and easily. Advanced Apprenticeship
For the higher programmes you will need to achieve (or have achieved) 2 A-Level qualifications with a minimum of CC grade by September 2017 (or equivalent qualifications).
For our advanced programmes you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
Equivalent grades are accepted.
